Dr. Singh is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist and is Fellowship Trained in Pain Management. Since his residency and Fellowship training, Dr. Singh has focused entirely on Pain Management, honing his skills as an expert in his field. He has been practicing medicine for more than 34 years.

Meredith is a Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with experience in neurology, emergency medicine, and occupational medicine. She graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, TN with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2012.
