This policy describes how Arthritis Relief & Vascular Centers (“ARVC,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website, arvcenters.com. We keep it short and in plain English, the same way we write everything else.

Information you give us. When you request a patient guide, schedule a consultation, or contact us, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, preferred appointment time, and which condition or guide you’re interested in.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited). Embedded services on some pages — our appointment scheduler and Google Maps — are provided by third parties and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To send you the guide you asked for, and occasional patient-education emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments — by phone, email, or text message. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
- To respond when you contact us, and to operate and improve the website.
- To comply with the law, when required.
Text messages and your mobile number
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, we may text you about your consultation — scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and the guide or voucher you asked for. Consent is not a condition of treatment. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy, and are never shared with anyone. The only parties that touch your mobile number are the vendors that send the messages on our behalf.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Service providers
A small number of vendors process information on our behalf so the practice can function: our scheduling and patient-communications platform, our email delivery service, and our website hosting provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
About your health information
This website is for education and scheduling — it is not a patient portal, and the forms here are not the place for detailed medical information. Please share your medical history with us at your consultation, not through a website form. Protected health information we hold about you as your healthcare provider is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our office. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 — do not use this website.
Retention and your choices
We keep contact information for as long as it’s useful for the purposes above. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us to correct or delete your contact information by calling (210) 405-1335.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
Links and changes
Pages on this site may link to other websites, which have their own privacy practices. Use of this site is also covered by our Terms of Service. If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
